Cauda Draconis is the figure of exit and completion. It announces that what must end, will end. Favorable for closing a matter, breaking a tie, concluding a stage, freeing oneself from the past. Unfavorable for starting anything: all that it touches at a beginning ends badly. Look at what is closing, not at what is opening.
